Boas, skulls and teddy bears, OH MY!

While at Coffee Bean yesterday, a homeless man pushing a cart passed by my window. I noticed that he had a teddy bear, plastic skull, ornaments and a big green boa attached to the cart. This caused me to wonder why he needs them and what the heck he uses the items for.
