Heads Up!

Yesterday I spent about two hours on the phone with HP Customer Support regarding malfunctioning hardware in my new notebook. After updating software and continuously telling them the issue was hardware, not software, they agreed to ship me a new part.

Today I was home for lunch and heard the front gate buzz. Thinking that it was probably the delivery man with my new hardware, I buzzed him in the front gate. I walked to my front door, heard someone walking up the stairs, and all of a sudden saw a package flying at my face! The delivery man was too lazy to walk up all of the stairs and decided to throw it up a flight! I don't think that he knew I was standing in the doorway, but PUHLEASE!! Great customer service, FedEx.

Now to put my tech savvy engineering skills to work.
